Ann Demeulemeester offers a refined return process, allowing customers to request a return for any item within 14 days of the delivery date. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags and security seals intact.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Orders' section to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 14-day window.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original protective packaging and include the printed return invoice provided with your authorization email.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the pre-paid courier label to the exterior of the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are completely covered or removed.

• 4.
  Handover and Tracking

  Schedule a collection with our designated courier or drop off the package at an authorized service point, retaining the tracking receipt for your records.
